Be on the lookout for more coverage of this. We should be putting up a race report from Brian Harvey, and I’m working on getting some more info. I don’t want to throw names out without being able to deliver, but some tweets were exchanged with Ben True. That’s right…tweets.
I had to include Jon Stanton on there after he sent me an email about the race this morning:
In spite of the walkers lining up in the six minute mile area and the twenty hours of hard labor this weekend, I still bested my PR by at least 40 seconds. Official time should be less than 21:20.
He might not be elite, but the Level respects the effort. And as far as the walkers, what’s the deal with that? Hey walkers, if any of you are reading this, what are doing lining up over there? You’re a freaking walker, get to the back of the pack and stay there. Don’t get in the way of people trying to race!
