Hungry All the Time

Believe it or not, the dreaded taper time is fast approaching for all you Boston Marathon runners out there. Diet is always a big issue during that time because although you’ll probably have the same appetite you had during the bulk of the training cycle, you obviously don’t want to gain weight with the reduced activity.
