Couldn’t make it to USATF-NE 10k championships last Sunday? We’ve got you covered so you can see the excitement for yourself. A stellar race unfolded on both the men’s and women’s side. A large pack of men rolled through the 2.5 mile in just over 12 minutes and through 4 in around 19’38. The Boston Athletic Association’s Brian Harvey emerged victorious in the end, covering the course in 30’11 over Heartbreakers/Mizuno stud Louis Serafini, BAA’s Jonas Hampton, and Eric Ashe, all of whom finished under the 30 and a half minute barrier. Western Mass Distance Project’s Apryl Sabadosa executed superb race tactics to take the women’s title – sitting in 3rd for much of the early stages and working her way up to the lead by the 4 mile mark, pulling away to victory shortly thereafter. Sabadosa blazed the course in 35’16 with Hillary Dionne 2nd (35’36) and Heather Cappello 3rd (36’11). BAA and Craft Concept Racing took home the open team titles respectively.

We’ve got full results and a bevy of photo and video coverage on the docket. Have a look for yourself!
