Last year, Sam Alexander famously predicted a victory over Alistair Cragg, and he made it interesting for several feet. Ultimately it was Cragg breaking the tape.  Cragg won it in a close one over Philemon Terer with a late surge. Alexander still ran an impressive 30:48 for 10k (5th place).

Amy Hastings won the women’s race in an uncontested 33:32, good for 12th overall.
