Here’s an interview with a couple of top finishers from Sunday’s BAA 5k. On the left is Tyler Pennel, coming from Blowing Rock, NC, who ran a 13:42 and finished 6th overall. On the right is Nick McCormick, who made the long trek from Great Britain and ran 13:45 (8th place). Bonus: Nick was disappointed to hear Nickelback being played so loudly over the PA system. I guess Americans and Brits aren’t so different after all.

We neglected to give Tyler credit for questioning the music. We’re right there with you, Tyler. Maybe we’ll fire up a petition.

@levelrenner PS I was also complaining about them playing @Nickelback. Who wants to hear a Canadian band @B_A_A_ 5k?!
