Records Fall in Epsom

Five runners snuck under previous course record times at the 5th NH Grand Prix event yesterday, the Epsom Old Home Days 4 Miler. Alex Hall took top honors for the men in a time of 21’36” over the hilly course, taking down Dave Dunham’s previous record of 22’16” from 2012 and notching his third victory in NH Grand Prix races this year. The top four men were all under the previous record. Whirlaway’s Amy Bernard bested her own course record from two years ago with a stellar 24’22” over the four miles. Some very solid running at what is typically a low-key event shall we say!
