Steph Reilly Gets Back on the Roads FTW

Steph Reilly has been busy competing, but not necessarily on the roads or track like she has been in the past. Earlier this year she raced up Mt Wachuessett, and more recently she’s been on the bike. But she got back on the roads for the Level Renner 10k and it was worth the trip for the former Irish Olympian. Steph ran a 36:17, got the win, and finished 17th overall in the deep field (top ten men all went under 35:00).

Steph also set a new course record for this race. Her 36:17 eclipsed the 36:21 ran by Lindsay Willard at the inaugural event last year.

Afterwards we got the reigning USATF-NE 10k champion (and current Bryant University track/XC coach) on camera for an interview, conducted by Jim Dandeneau:
