Representing Millennium Running’s women’s racing team, Christine Shaw (Manchester, NH) crossed the finish line of the California International Marathon in 2 hours, 42 minutes, and 21 seconds to place as the 13th overall female.

Most most important, Shaw’s time is 39 seconds under the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials standard of 2:43:00.  She will join fellow Millennium Running teammate, Laura Hagley (Hanover, NH) at the 2016 Olympic Marathon Trials which is slated for February 13th in Los Angeles, CA.

Formerly, Shaw Laasko is a native of Fitchburg, MA and was a standout at Boston University.  The 30 year-old now resides in Manchester, NH and is a full-time physical therapist at Apple Therapy Services.
