Louis Serafini, fresh off the Olympic Trials marathon, got off to a great start in defending his USATF-NE road racing Grand Prix title with a win today. Louuuuuuuuuu ran a 14:43 for the win in a hotly contested 5k at An Ras Mor. Not a bad tune up for Lou, who is on to the 15k national championships in FL this coming weekend.
